Accounting Master - Creating Financial Reports
and Cash Flow Statements - Each
month after accounting transactions are
completed, the most important tool in any
accounting software is your reports. Accounting
Master’s financial reporting feature has been
enhanced to include additional consolidating
capabilities. In addition, a wizard has been
implemented to allow you to build Cash Flow
Statements. During this session you will receive
hands-on training from start to finish on basic
financials, consolidated financials and cash
flow statements.
Accounting Master - Purchase Order with PO
Requisition - During this session
you will experience hands-on training on
Accounting Master’s new requisition process
through the Purchasing module. No matter the
size of your company, this addition can play a
big part in the organization of your purchase
requests. This process was created to generate
an electronic tracking system to document all PO
requests being submitted. Whether the
requisition is approved or rejected, Accounting
Master will store the details.
Accounting Master Time Management System - Web
Labor Entry - Finding efficiencies
and time saving processes seem to be a common
theme among companies today. MACC’s new Time
Management System may just be the answer you are
looking for. Through a web based interface
employees will be able to enter their time
throughout a given pay period. This, tied with
improved management labor verification
capabilities within Accounting Master team for a
excellent timesheet audit trail. Learn more
about this process and its benefits during this
hands-on training session.
Accounting Master - Network Inventory Interface
- This is Accounting Master’s newest Interface
with Customer Master. This interface gives you
the ability to relieve your Accounting Master
Inventory on a Service Order in Customer Master
through a live connection.
Customer Master – What’s New in 7.2
– During this session, we’ll explore all of the
new features in CM 7.2, which is slated for
release in the fall of 2010. Examples of new
features include the Credit Class Auto-Update
Tool, Delinquent Notice updates, Inbox changes,
new search capabilities, enhanced reporting and
much more.
Customer
Master Bundling 101 - Look into the
future of bundle billing. Learn the benefits of
creating and managing bundles for successful
billing and reporting.
Marketing & Customer Master - This
session will cover all aspects of marketing,
including Bill Messaging, Suggestive Marketing
and Client Relationship Management. Participants
will get plenty of practice with hands-on
activities. This session will also cover reports
available for all types of marketing and
customer contacts.
Customer Master - Tracking Accounts Receivables
in CM - Write Offs, Delinquents & Collections
- Discover how Customer Master can assist you in
managing your Accounts Receivables and provide
efficient solutions to your delinquent and
collection process.
Customer Master - Paperless Trouble Tickets &
Service Orders - Make your trouble
ticket process more efficient by maximizing your
use of the Customer Master Trouble Ticket
module. During this course you’ll learn how to
use Threshold and Escalation Reporting, the
Inbox, Trouble Classes and Stages and other
options. We’ll also cover what’s New in Trouble
Tickets in 7.2 and some new enhancements with
Service Order Classes and Stages.
Customer Master Equipment & Plant -
Making the move to Fiber to the Home? This
course will give you ideas for effectively
structuring and managing your fiber-based
records and premise equipment using the Customer
Master plant module.
